Kalyani Mattiotti started practicing Kundalini yoga in 2012 after studying an Ayurveda course. She has never stopped practicing since. Kalyani fell in love with this ancient practice and it has changed her life after an accident, requiring her to stop working in her field of 32 years ( massage, lymph drainage, craniosacral, somatic emotional release, reiki healing touch, and trager in 3 continents.)
KY is a magical science that uses postures, breath, sounds, mantras, mudras, and energy healing. The breath work and sacred mantras of KY are wonderful for quieting the mind. It can be practiced by everyone regardless of fitness level, occupation and experience.
