Laurine is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training to include:
Vinyasa, a flowing style yoga connecting breath and movement to postures.
Yin, a more meditative style with long held poses that affect joint mobility, range of motion and stillness in the mind.
Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique for stress reduction which promotes overall health and well being.
She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is passionate about sharing all she learns with others.
When not practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband and three children.
