Younger for Life Anti-Aging Yoga
Donna Curry has been teaching yoga since 2007. She is a 30 year educator who is certified in yin and spiritual based vinyasa. Through her gentle and encouraging manner she creates a studio experience that is conducive to letting go of the busyness of our lives, centering and going within, and deepening your yoga practice. Her classes guide you through gentle movements that increase your flexibility, balance and strength. The classes are both nurturing as well as nourishing to your body and soul.
