Kate Rappaport is an avid yogi. Driven by a desire to take her practice to a deeper level and to improve and restore the well-being of others through yoga and meditation, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in December 2018 through Anne Arundel Community College’s “Immersion into the Yoga Tradition”.
Kate weaves the eight limbs of yoga with the subtle energy systems within the body to create a unique yoga experience focusing on pranayama breathing, strength, stability and balance within the mind, body and spirit.
Additionally, Kate is certified in Yin Yoga (Myofascial Release, Fascia Study and Spine Anatomy) led by Senior Yin Yoga Trainer, Jo Phee, Advanced Yoga Nidra Training through the Amrit Yoga Institute led by Kamini Desai, PhD, and Love your Brain Yoga Teacher Training led by Kyla Pearce.
