Yoga Level 1&2

This class level is for students who have foundational knowledge and experience from Level 1 classes. This class focuses on refining basic standing postures and breath-work. With an emphasis on building strength and endurance, the pace of these classes may be quicker with less queuing and shorter rest times in between postures. Some chanting, philosophy and meditation may be included.
