Kids Yoga and Mindfulness

Children ages 4-8 can be dropped of to participate in a multi-sensory yoga and mindfulness class. This is a mindfulness program that incorporates yoga, music, art, movement, meditation, and affirmation to assist children and families to navigate their world in a way that resonates with children.
