Stretch away the tightness and stress. Join Julie Seaman, RYT, for 45 minutes of restorative yoga that will work to bring back peace to your body, mind and spirit. We will work with supported twists, backbends and forward bends, as well as supported balancing postures to help restore balance to your life during this busy season. The class will end with deep relaxation known as Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). Yoga Nidra is a combination of relaxation, affirmation, respiration and visualization techniques that unite the body, mind and spirit. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This is a powerful technique in which you will learn how to relax consciously.
