AM:AM Meditation with Ryan: The Annapolis Mindfulness:Awareness Meditation group is a safe and consistent communal space in which the people of the greater Annapolis area can come and sit in mindfulness-awareness meditation and contemplative practice, study, and socialize with like-hearted and like-minded individuals.
Anusara Yoga An elegant system of alignment-Anusara's uplifting philosophy is epitomized in its meaning: a "celebration of the heart", that looks for the good in all people and all things. Students of all levels and yoga experience are honored for their unique differnces, limitations and talents.
Beginning (Level 1) Yoga: An introductory class that will help you to increase your flexibility, improve your balance, develop better breathing patterns, reduce stress and fatigue, improve your posture, strengthen your nervous system, and increase your resistance to disease. Work at your own pace and ability.
Candlelight Yoga: Very gentle, restorative yoga class using props to restore, relax, and relieve stress. Move from the work week into the week's end calmly and with ease. Enjoy the beauty of entering in daylight and leaving in the afterglow of sunset and candlelight.
Children's Yoga: Playful movement including singing, dance, creative artwork, yoga poses, breathing, and an introduction to relaxation through creative visualization. A truly fun class for the little ones! Ages 3 1/2 to 6 are welcome! Taught in 8 week sessions.
Daybreak Yoga: Hop out of bed before 7:00am and start your day off right! Come and join this invigorating and energetic class that will allow you to be as active or mellow as you wish. Open to all levels.
Gentle Yoga: An introduction to the various ways of approaching movement while mindfully understanding one’s limitations and progressions. Primary focus is on breathing into and through the body while understanding and accepting the benefits of yoga asana. Open to all levels.
Goddess Strength Training: A yoga based class using weighted balls, resistance bands and your body weight to build a strong practice and a strong body. Men and women welcome.
Intermediate (Level 2) Yoga: A fun, invigorating class beginning with slow movement focused on breath and the opening of joints and moving into more powerful, flowing patterns to increase circulation. Completion of Beginning Yoga (Level 1) is recommended.
Kid's Rock n' Roll: This class uses the music of Baltimore band, Milkshake, known for keeping the authenic stage craft, song and spirit of rock n' roll.
Kundalini Yoga: An ancient, sacred science, Kundalini Yoga is incomparable to other forms and works directly to stimulate and revitalize your immune, nervous and glandular systems while helping to rid the body of toxins and negative emotions

Healing Qi Gong: Qi Gong is a form of Chinese exercise that cultivates qi through a series of slow, flowing movements. The three functions of Qi Gong include healing and strengthening the body, calming the emotions and the mind, and opening the heart availing the practitioner to be more open to the possibilities of life.
Radiant Child Yoga: Let your child develop muscle groups through strenching and balancing activities, develop the abilty to listen to the wise teacher within and the explore the availability to self-calm by focusing on breath.
Tai Chi (Chen ): The original form of Tai Chi, Chen style is known for its coiling, varied tempo and explosive power, and practicality. Focus is on silk reeling exercises, 18-movement form, introduction to standing meditation, and two person drills.
Vinyasa Yoga: An invigorating and deeply cleansing Hatha Yoga class taught in the flowing style of vinyasa, with each posture gently and easily moving into the next to create a continuous and steady practice. Vinyasa allows you to feel physically connected to your core, with your mind and breath as one.
