Ridgely Retreat is a cozy haven affording peace, quiet, and serenity located in West Annapolis. One step into our world and you'll be enveloped in the peaceful ambiance we all try to find in these hurried times. Enjoy a massage, indulge in a facial, or unwind in one of our many classes. We guarantee you will reemerge relaxed, more introspective, and fully rejuvenated!

Treehouse Studio

Our Studio boasts state of the art cork floors that are perfect for your Yoga, Tai Chi, or meditation classes. Beautiful lighting and serene tree-filled views greet you and allow you to find the peace you're searching for. We offer many types and levels of Yoga, Tai- Chi, Pilates, NIA, and specialized movement classes.

Pilates Studio

Our Pilates Studio offers one on one or small groups using the reformers with professional guidance and encouragement to strengthen and tone your body. Whether you are getting in shape or rehabilitating from an injury or chronic pain, The Pilates method will enhance flexibility and range of motion, improve muscular balance, coordination and posture. Mat classes are also available in the treehouse studio.
Relaxation Room

Enjoy the silence of our relaxation room. Take some time before or after your class to relax, read a book or meditate, and experience our state of the art massage chairs. It is also a wonderful place to decompress before your massage, reflexology, reiki, or acupuncture treatment.

Take the exit for Rowe Blvd. Head towards Downtown Annapolis, turn left at Melvin Ave and left onto Ridgely Ave. Ridgely Retreat is on the left side.

Monday through Friday - 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Sunday - closed
